Womentoring est plus qu’un réseau ou un programme : c’est un état d’esprit !

Womentoring a démarré comme une simple idée : et s’il y avait plus de modèles féminins ? Les inégalités de genre ne seraient-elles pas un vestige du passé ? alors qu’il y a de nombreux roles models masculins dans la plupart des secteurs, les femmes sont encore sous-représentées, surtout dans les domaines techniques, mais également dans les conseils d’administration.

Womentoring est un projet né en novembre 2018 après le Web Summit. Il nous a fallu un certain temps pour comprendre de quoi les jeunes femmes ont besoin pour s’épanouir et prendre confiance. Après plusieurs mois à poser des questions autour de nous, nous avons finalement décidé de lancer la plateforme.
